ONBOARD RISK ASSESSMENT

The Psychosocial Risk Assessment Inventory involves a series of tools that assesses primary stressors in the work environment and personal wellbeing. The Psychosocial Risk Assessment is developed in accordance with the standards of ISO 45003:2021 and constitutes part of the Wellbeing Guidance Program. The scope of the assessment is to identify and analyze workplace risk factors that could potentially harm the psychological health and safety of the seafarers, if not properly managed.
